So were you aware that he was hovering near death? Had no clue. It was a surprise, to be sure. He did enable shows like Seinfeld to come along, so he's got my thanks.
I didn't kmow that he was sick, and apparently neither did a lot of people who were close to him. He was a private guy, I guess...

This picture might be twenty or more years old. He may not have been quite as hot when he was choking to death at age 79. But he was a helluva guy. And rich, so maybe that would've worked...
